Paridhi’s masters thesis focused on DNA LLMs for human genome discovery. Her research explored evolutionary diversity of protein through computational mining at the Feng Zhang Lab at the Broad Institute. She worked on AI/ML for molecular design at Langer/Traverso Lab at the Koch Institute. Paridhi previously interned at Eli Lilly, MD Anderson and Danish biotech startup. Pari earned an M.Eng. in Computer Science and Molecular Biology, and a B.S. in Computer Science and Molecular Biology with a Minor in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a NSF Graduate Research Fellow.
