Mariya Hryb

Mariya is interested in computational protein engineering, focusing on using deep learning and generative models to design novel protein structures, including DNA and RNA binders, and applications in immunoengineering. As an undergrad, she has been focused on using molecular dynamics simulations to uncover mechanisms in cancer therapeutics and vaccine development. She has a BS in Biological Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rowan University.
