Genome Sciences

Our research interests range from the genetic architecture of complex traits to the mechanisms of gene regulation. To address our biological questions, we frequently engage in technology development, often in collaboration with other investigators in Genome Sciences or elsewhere. Current projects of interest for the MolES Institute include (i) our exploration of chromosome architecture through tethering, (ii) enhancer discovery and design in plants, and (iii) a massively parallel analysis of double mutant and triple mutants across several genes of a pathway.
