Admission to the Dual Degree Program

Only current UW graduate students enrolled in one of the eleven participating predoctoral programs who are in good standing may apply for admission to the dual degree program. (If you are not a UW student, please contact participating departments directly for application information.)

Although students may apply at any time during their predoctoral program, those who apply during their first quarter will not be admitted until their first quarter’s grades post, so the admissions committee can verify good academic standing/grade point average.

Fulfillment of Nanotechnology Dual Degree program requirements in addition to the program requirements of the home department will lead to a PhD track in Nanotechnology and the chosen discipline.
